She manages a global creative content team and is responsible for supervising and training regional content managers. Additionally, Lauren is responsible for maintaining our worldmade Talent Database, a new system created to track and identify rising creative talent in the network for better deployment across global briefs.
Lauren first joined JWT in 2002 as an Account Manager and has worked as both an Account and Project Manager on clients including Dominos, JetBlue, Rolex and more. In 2007 she took on a new role as Global Director of Content and has since been an integral part of managing the creative work at JWT.
