Ezra is a media man by trade. Like many, his route into marketing was not linear. He studied Social and Economic History at Cornell and Bristol Universities. He dabbled with consulting at a mining firm in Brazil. But he decided comms strategy was his thing. In 2004 he was hired by JWT São Paulo as Media Research and Insight Director. In this capacity he was tasked with evolving the agency's Media Strategy. He was subsequently promoted to Department Head where he oversaw the total restructure of JWTs media offering. This included introducing the first Channel Planning service in Brazil. He since moved into a broader account management role, leading JWT work on Coca-Cola and Unilever in Brazil. Ezra is currently CEO of JWT in Brazil.
